  Monstar! Glad to see you're on here! (We used to chat on MySpace before I deleted my account) I agree with you- I actually am one of those girls who comes across "heavier" on camera, and it kinda sucks seeing yourself like that, but it makes a WORLD of a difference when everyone says "you look better in person." Yeah, it sucks, because not everyone is going to see you in person, but it definitely makes one feel better. I don't do anal scenes, but shit, maybe I'll start if I'm going to lose 15 lbs a week! Well, maybe not, but I had no idea what it did to girls. Even though I'm in the industry, I had no idea what those scenes did to girls- that's harsh business! More power to you ladies!! xoxo

  LOL I can't believe somebody ACTUALLY tried comparing the adult industry to teaching. In AZ, the average student teacher (assuming he/she begins teaching directly out of college) makes anywhere from $23-$27K/year. Last I checked, an active adult actor can make 7x that figure in one year. A girl friend of mine just made over 70K this year in CABARET DANCING alone- imagine if she did videos on the side! There are girls out there who just do 1 scene in their entire "porn career" so maybe THEY make as much as a teacher (working at Jamba Juice + that one scene.) I need another few moments to catch my breath from laughter.
