I have been a member since the inception of your company on the 4 disc plan. My monthly charge is/was $18.95. Per your email I received yesterday it is now $23.95. I have been entirely happy with your service and response to the few problems I have had with a couple bad discs. At times the shipping seemed a little slow but it has not become a problem in my view and I really like being your customer. I will probably remain with you even with this big increase for me of $5 per month.
