  I would say that implants are worse than tattoos because implants are inherently attached to the porn industry.   I think you need to formulate a decent business plan. It all seems a bit hit and miss at the moment. You're taking advice from the people who you hope will subscribe, which is fine, but you don't seem to have worked out how best to profit from your site. Do you want to run it for fun? If so, have you taken into account the overheads? If you want to run it for profit have you worked out the outlay you need to spend in order to get the new content you need to satisfy subscibers? If you've worked out the outlay, have you factored in your overheads and how much profit that will leave you with? Now you know what people are willing to pay, have you worked backwards to find out whether you can sustain your new content with the income you'll have?...

  It obviously depends on what you want to do with your site - if it were me I'd want to build a big enough subscriber and advertiser base to be able to sell it on for a profit, but nothing you've shown has made your site unique enough to do that. What makes your site different? It looks like you have young girls starting out who you've convinced you're a big enough player to do some not terribly niche scenes for you. I'd take a step back - you have limited funds and you're shooting it yourself (on a 5/7D yes?). Either you need to build a following for the girls or a following for what your site has to offer.

  It's not just about lowering your prices though. You have to be able not only to break even, but to make a profit in an already overcrowded market. You're competing against companies that can beat whatever price you offer because they can amortize with 30 sites. You need to be able to provide something that they can't. It's not up to me to give you business advice, but you need to find a unique selling point!
