Any porn companies or performers that do not cooperate with this alliance should be blackballed and made pariahs in the industry. Rigorous, regular and reliable testing is the key here. A performer should never have to go into a scene not knowing what STD's their partners may have. Once they know this they can make a decision based on that knowledge. And it goes without saying that anyone being decietful or attempting to use any kind of fraud to conceal their STD status would face permanent banishment from the industry. But hopefully with rigorous testing from 100% reliab...
