Various established people who work in the industry (including performers on this very board) have already stated that in a lot of places the release is signed before the scene and the payment can come after a few weeks even by check in the mail. I agree that this doesn't necessarily benefit performers, but to say it's not how things go is misleading and false. I don't care what in some places do and that's exactly my point.
