  Most of the people who have helped me out have been people like editors. One of my good friends was an editor at Vivid, and now works for a few more companies. She has gotten me a lot of chances through out the past couple of years. This is all behind the scenes stuff, as a writer. It's going to be a lot different for directors and for performers. But I've also been lucky to work with some great people, like B. Skow and Mercedez. I've gotten work because these people recommend me, and my editor friend pushes for me constantly. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't have gotten to write Anal Adventures 1 (which... while not a great film, was a great experience). I guess I've just been getting a different experience than most.

  Nina Mercedez is currently working on her own company, and has a few things coming out. I don't know if I can tell you anything yet, but the big thing is that she is currently no longer with Vivid, and is working on her own company.

  The best thing to do is to contact the sites. Thats if you want to work in front of the camera. Behind the camera... really not easy. Take it from someone who has done it, it takes a lot of time, and a lot of work. The best thing to do is to make friends with people in the bueiness, talk to them, and try and help them out. They usually return favors.

  Hey, so I finally got to see the movie, and... all the story is there, but it looks like the sex might have been chopped down a little. Weird... But it is a full feature, although it's REALLY short, at just under an hour long. Hmm... still, I'm kind of proud of the movie. So, when you see the credits and see the Writer as Bobbi Bear, that's me! (And for any other movies, if you see the name Red Rose, that is also me.)

  Thanks... looking at what is in the review I'm guessing they cut out the story bits, which is to bad, because there were a lot of hot teases and stuff in the actual script. If they had kept those in, there would be the three scenes, two strip teases, and a bit more here and there. It looks like they may just be going for the three scenes.   Some of the Legend movies are pretty funny. I thought Trailer Trash Nurses and Nymph Fever 4 were pretty goofy and funny. Not the best sex, but all very light hearted, and good. I've also heard that the Tales from the Script series is pretty damn good.

  If you are looking for something romantic, go for Wicked's Neighbors. It's a smaller feature written by Stormy Daniels. The sex is good, mild, but good, and the plot is cute, light, and has a nice romantic bent to it. It also avoids cheating. Wicked's Eternity plays out a lot like a romance novel, and has a fairly strong story. Also, Polarity by David Stanley is pretty good, and it has a good female lead, and it has a happy ending. Vivid's Heartbreaker is another great one, and one I would REALLY recommend it for someone looking for a good story, with a lot of drama. Very close to being a soap opera.   Like I said before, Wicked is one of the few companies to really stray from the set rules. Camp Cuddley Pines is a comedy though, and none of the violence is serious. It's all done with tongue firmly placed in cheek. Still... it has it's share of blood flying around. To be honest, companies don't buy porn scripts. It's the directors that usually choose their projects, and then go to the company with it to get it approved. Most directors write their own stuff, and a good deal of directors already have writers. It's not easy. The best thing to do would be to try and get in contact with a director you like (and I would say avoid very established directors such as Paul Thomas, since he has scripts piled up, and has two or three writers he alr...

  I've written a few adult scripts that have been produced, and the format is pretty close to a normal script format. Most porn scripts are going to be around 7 to 10 pages (this is for the majority of releases, not the bigger releases such as The Devil in Miss Jones remake, or The Fashionistas). The only thing is, when you get to a sex scene, you do all the build up, a little of the foreplay, but for the sex, you keep things very vague. They usually look like this: Sex Scene 1: B/G hard, raw Keep the description to a minimum. A few words about the tone of the script, who is required for the scene, and thats it. Remember when you write your script that the sex scenes are going to eat up the time. They are usually pretty long. Also remember...

  I would say go for Fade to Black over Bad Wives, just because, if I remember correctly, the DVD looked all cut to hell. Avoid The Awakening. It's mucho depressing, and while there is a lot of sex, it isn't as fleshed out as some other features. Some of Michael Ravens' stuff is really good. I'm a huge fan of Killer Sex and Suicide Blondes as well as one of his older features, Watchers. That one is a major keeper. Out of the newer stuff...   I went and read the forum there, and then the one on ADT. I have to say... it does bother me that some studios are so unwilling to put a little disclamer in front of their movies. I know Rascal does, and even has a little video blurb from Chi Chi LaRue about safe sex. And straight studios, like Vivid and Wicked, include little blurbs about safe sex. Is it really going to hurt someone to do that? I don't think so. Also, it still saddens me that the gay porn industry does not have a proper testing method for their actors. And a face to face interview is NOT going to help. People lie, and will lie to make money. And sometimes they don't care if they are passing on something like HIV to another person... I will never buy a Treasure Island Med...

  Check out stuff from Vivid and Wicked if you want softer sex. B.Skow is a really good director over at Vivid. His movies aren't as story oriented, and the sex is a good deal hotter than the stuff you would get from Paul Thomas. Also, Digital Playground is pretty good with their content being hot, and yet not nasty. Jack's Playground is suppose to be really good stuff, as well as the My First Porn series and Teen America. If you don't like the harder elements I would say stay away from Control. Porn has gotten more and more into circus act sex, so it's harder to find titles that are just normal guy/girl sex.

  I've heard some of the stuff off the Porn to Rock CD... not to great. Mainly because the recordings are cheap. The Misty Beethoven soundtrack, which you can get at Borders, is really good. Evan Stone's song was good, and Julie Meadows does a great job with her song.
