  Well, finally the issue is solved. But it wasn't easy: I emailed regarding the status of the refund and was told that it couldn't be issued, bank fees would be too high. How nice that I was informed - not. I was offered cash via mail, or store credit. To end this story, I chose a middle way and ordered one DVD and instructed them to include the remaining amount with the DVD. A few days later the DVD arrived, yet without the rest of the amount. So I sent yet another email and was told as EroDVD doesn't charge for shipping, they didn't send the rest of the money. Huh? Interesting logic, yet if fails to acknowledge that the remaining amount was what I had to pay for returning unordered DVDs because EroDVD had made the initial mistake with ...

  Thanks for your help, scipio! I sent another e-mail to EroDVD two weeks ago and asked about the return and the refund. Aline replied I'd get the refund, however the money isn't in my bank account yet. I know it might take a few days longer as this is an international transfer, however I got money from Austria within a week. I hope that's not a bad sign.

  Update: There is no update. Three weeks after mailing the DVDs, and no reaction in any form from EroDVD... The letter enclosed in the parcel explained the situation again and referred to the previous e-mails. If they are interested in keeping me as a customer, something should happen soon.

  None so far, scipio. DVDs are on their way since Monday, so EroDVD should receive them any day now. As soon as I hear anything from them, I'll post updates.

  Currently I'm experiencing an unfortunate story with EroDVD as well. Here's what happened: - In January I ordered 5 DVDs and received the usual manual order confirmation. I decided to pay via transfer to bank account. - It was the first time that I made a money transfer within the EU, so two weeks after my bank charged my account and no reaction from EroDVD I asked whether my money had been transferred yet. - Aline replied that she got the money, but the ordered DVDs were sold out! Hmm, I guess the order confirmation wasnt't a confirmation after all. Oddly enough, one day after ordering I asked about the possibility to add a title to the order and Aline told me the order had already been handled?! After further inquiries, I was told that...

  Nothing special, "Black Heart" (Plum) with the wonderful Inari Vachs. But here in Germany porn is porn, doesn't matter if it's anything nasty or not: mailing porn is not allowed (protection of minors). It's a real loss. In many cases Five Star's prices were the best by far (and safe shipping until now), but I won't risk ordering from them for a while. So EroDVD, new specials please! ;-)

  Today I was informed that my DVD ordered from Five Star has been confiscated by German customs. Usually it was safe to order from Five Star because they used the nice remailing via Denmark, i.e. those packages were treated like mail within the EU, so there was no check by customs. If I may believe the photocopy of the envelope the customs office sent me, then the DVD was sent via Denmark as well. I don't know how customs got interested in this package (the photocopy is too dark to read Five Star's customs declaration, but if they declared correctly then the total price was below the critical 22 EUR mark), but they did and my DVD is gone :-( German customs are very active right now, so it looks like they start to learn the various tricks.   Interesting... I came across this title when searching for Brandy, but I didn't recognize her on the front at all. The picture on the back however does look very similar. Fivestar lists her also as Brandi.   Steve, I didn't say you're wrong. But I searched for films starring Brandy and couldn't find pictures of a woman that looks like the girl in question. Claudia and Eva didn't lead to any results either. Sigh... Do you know an online store offering European titles that offers good search functions and quality cover pictures like Fivestar does?
