  Placed 2 orders with Adultdvdempire. Both orders arrived complete in a few days. Placed 1 order with Five Star. The complete order arrived in 3 days. All 3 orders I used coupons AND free shipping. Faster than Amazon! It just doesn't get any better than that! Keep up the good work Empire and Five Star. Special note to Drew. This site a great tool for research before buying. It is also lots of fun to browse. You have done a wonderful job building this site up.

  Thanks Jon! I tried a few times to order in the past few weeks, but it took sooo long I just gave up! And I have high speed connection. I would hate to have seen it with dail-up..........

  Shipping charges on this site are very high- something like 4.95 per order AND 1.75 per dvd!!!!!!! They could take 10.00 off every title and you would be still be paying too much.

  I used a coupon. [20% off order over 100.00] Placed order Monday and my complete order came on Friday! They are in CA and I'm in NY.Super fast !! Shipping is only 2.99 per order! Site is easy to use. Even though their name is XRentDVD, I found they are a great place to buy!

  Just wanted to add that Michael and crew at DVDADVANTAGE are doing a great job! I placed my order on Thursday night [Aug 30] and it came on Tuesday [Sept. 4]. I live in New York, and even with the mail holiday[labor day] I was suprised how fast it came. I even got e-mails on when it was shipped[with a tracking#!] and when it was delivered to my door! Now that is awesome!

  Avoid dvdexplorer. Worst customer service of all the dvd sites I have dealt with. They promised to make good on a defective dvd from 1999! Almost 2 years later, nothing. I've e-mailed them 3-4 times and they do not respond. When I posted my problem on this forum in March[2001] I did get a response, and James from dvdexplorer promised to replace the disc. Well here it is May and nothing has been done. I've sent him all the info-dates, invoice#,address,etc. Five Star is the best place to order dvds, no question about it. Other great sites are dvdavantage, dvdempire,xonair and dvdexotic.

  No. The question was not loaded. If anyone reads this forum on a regular basis, then one should know which sites are dependable. However, I've read countless posts about great sites being trashed over the international shipping deal. I'm saying to try to solve the issue through the site first before leaving posts that might be considered harsh.

  When ordering porn, I feel it is better to sign for a package. At least you know it won't be left at the wrong house or stolen from your porch when you are not at home.

  Bill- I have ordered thousands of packages online in the past 4 years. I can tell you now that the only problems I've had have been with the USPS proirity mail. It is not 100% reliable[sorry StephDunn] Next time upgrade your order at Empire to FedEx-you will sleep better at night.

  DVD Empire is one of the better sites. My order came in 3 days, with the free one right in the box. I have found that Five Star, DVD advantage, and DVD Empire are the top of the crop of ANY online site[adult or non adult].

  Thanks to dvdexplorer for the quick response and concern. That shows me that things have changed for the better since '99. It was so long ago that I forgot which title it was. I try to keep all my invoices, so I'll go back and dig the invoice out. I'll email you the date, invoice# and title. Thanks again.
