  This is only one issue for which we've been talking at cross purposes. After two months of planning, including a major casting effort, not one woman who responded to the casting call signed on for the production (imagine that). He bailed out, so it's a moot point.   Thank you Tricia, I made my personal position clear. Testing is the only way to determine a persons HIV and other STD status. No one should be required to perform with someone whose status they are unsure of. My phrasing of questions from a legal standpoint is because of his position, not mine: "Get some advice from an industry based lawyer about the liability issues regarding studio sponsored HIV testing. Be aware that the data base is not complete. Not all performers are listed for all movies. You can also search on IAFD, though they don't have a very complete list of Bisexual (male) titles.
