- What's with XRent? 8/3/2005 12:25 AM Just to update you guys, I got hold of the guys at XRent and they have resolved this situation much to my satisfaction within 24 hours of hearing about it. The only thing that didn't come out right was that both DVDs (Vertigo's Stacked & Packed, Red Light's Semen Sippers #4) have not been fixed by the makers, so I won't be getting them back, but XRent absolutely took good care of my prob. Kudos to XRent
- What's with XRent? 8/1/2005 7:30 PM I placed an order with them 2 weeks ago that I received very promptly. Unfortunately, 2 of the DVDs were defective. I have contacted them since by email to figure out an equitable way to exchange them, but have heard nothing back for 9 days. Anyone know how to contact them other than through email? I have always received excellent customer service from them until this latest order. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks, Reg
