  Yes it is in the law. If you are ordering in Canada or US it shouldn't be a problem usually, but if you are ordering from Europe, be careful, some sites are selling titles with minors (16-17) as it is legal in some countries.

  I have ordered a couple of times from FiveStar DVD, DVD Empire and Action-DVD and never had any problems. I used to order from Gamelink in the past, but unfortunately, 100% of the packages I ordered where opened by customs :( Customs are tricky, because what they will let in or not is highly subjective; "Human degradation" seems to cover a lot of things. In my experience, they seems to target specific stores. I used to order a lot from JadedVideo.com, but lately, they opened nearly all my packages (they once confiscated me a tape, but I JadedVideo agreed to replace it).   Here is a list of what I think is the most important: 1) Whenever possible, list the price in US currency and it's local currency (Euro, CAN$, AUS$, etc.). Many int'l stores will list price in two or three currency format, a price that doesn't necessarly reflect the current exchange rates. Instead of converting US stores prices in int'l currency, I think you should post a link at the bottom of the price search to the Universal Currency converter (or some other site) so we can manually convert into our currency if we want to. Much less headaches for you. 2) Regional coding indicated. If it's not RC free, it should be indicated, or be part of an "advanced search option" so we don't end up with DVD's that don't work on our player (...

  Try www.exxxplicit.com. Fair prices (from 19.95$ to 49.95$) mostly. Average selection (you are searching for old or specialty items, it's not the place to go!). shipping is 5 or 6$, I can't remember. Once you completed your order it takes 3-4 days max and if an item is b.o. you don't get to pay the shipping fees when it comes by (or you can have your shipping fees credited toward another purchase)

  I have made a little spreadsheet in my free time that takes into account the base cost and the international shipping charge as well as any current promotions offered trough ADV Talk. What I have noticed since then, is (for Canada) that DVD empire usually comes at the lowest price once shipping is included, especially with their current promo.
