  Thanks Len, Well it was just in the movie the Resurrection of Eve in the first scene the girl says she is 12-13 years old so I was a bit shocked?. Or is that allowed for an actress in a porn movie to say she is underage when really she is 18 or over? This movie is available to buy on DVD and to watch online.

So when you see the disclaimer you have quoted on a Video/DVD cover it means the producers/distributors do not have to provide proof or records of the performers' age. Thanks for the reply.   I was just wondering in the movie The Resurrection of Eve, how do we know legally Nancy Weich is 18 or over on this movie as she says she isn't on the movie and is in a sex scene. As on the back cover of the DVD is says 'This product and all graphical materials associated with it are exempt from the requirements of of 18 U.S.C section 2267 because all visual depicitions of sexually explicit conduct appearing therein were made before July 3rd, 1996.'
