  "Does anyone know of any Canadian agencies or people who can get someone up and started.... interested in getting in the biz.... i have a thread started too" You should go to http://www.hardcoremodeling.com and create aprofile there, you can specify exactly all your do's and don'ts and you will get emails from producers,photographers and talent agencies offering you work.

  Just checked hardcoremodeling.com and it looks like they completely re designed and have the job board concept. I do think it looks better then some I have seen.

  Alex is getting her own site as far as I know she is doing what Holly did, so there will be ExtremeAlex.com next to extremeholly.com

  there is hardcoremodeling.com and babezrus.com The reason you see alot of the same girls on different sites is probably because, let's say babezrus has a girl (they are not located in LA ) babezrus contacts XTC or naughtymodeling and she gets shipped to LA. agency fees go sky high for the girls at that point since babezrus and xtc both want a cut. and if the girl doesn't "please" the people over at XTC on top of it, she just doen't get any work pointed. (but that's another issue) so agencies shipping girls back and forth is the main reason you see them on several sites.
