  I'd expect that most bdsm-stuff would be considered milder and easier to perform than regular boy-girl. It's not as if most of it is particularly extreme with regards to pain.   More cooperation between directors in pointing out good performers might work. But the basic problem is that the producers doesn't exactly have an incentive to produce a good scene, but a scene that sells. Which puts much more emphasis on how hot the girl manages to look on stills and in short clips than how well she performs overall. So even including points on the profits wouldn't help good performers, but mostly pretty girls. Of course, it's also a little unfair to solely blame the female talent.   My theory is that kissing simply doesn't pay extra, hence it's relatively cheap to reserve as an intimacy for a girl's partner. If there were something like $20-$50 for passionate kissing I'd bet that virtually every girl would do it.   Well, that looks ugly. Also instantly takes away any "real girl"-appeal she may have had. I understand why girls get boob-jobs, but why they get crappy boob-jobs are beyond me. How do you get fairly major surgery without a thorough research? It's not like they're on a really tight budget, and getting a bad boob job surely must make a major hit on their earning potentials in porn.
