Memories Within Miss Aggie isn't really "horror"--it's kind of like Hitchcock-does-porn. Definitely spooky. Unfortunately, this CLASSIC is not available on DVD yet, but if it ever becomes available, I'll be ordering copies for several friends as gifts. Proof that a good film can be porno. And vice versa. Has anyone at Evil Angel or Anabolic ar Red Light ever thought about trying to start a classics division? Many of the companies that made these films/early videos are out o' business now, so it doesn't seem like it'd be terribly expensive to get the rights/produce these...and with previews of some of their new films, you might get some old farts like me to pick up a title or two they'd never have thought twice about. My main porn interest is these classics (perhaps reliving my misspent youth). I bought the Pamela Mann DVD and was pissed off by the cuts. But 11 minutes out of 83??? That is absurd. I work too hard for my money to buy films that have over 10% removed. What absolutely amazes me is that so much of what's out there today (Anabolic, etc) would never have been dreamed of in those days. My ex-wife hated porn, but would have been FAR less offended by anything in Pamela or Stranger than any random 60 seconds of the Gangbang Girl series. I don't mean to pick on Anabolic, but they are extreme, God Bless 'Em.

It would be interesting to know the ages of the posters. I'm nearing 50 and to me, pubic hair just seems natural. When I was in college in the 70's, there was no thought given to shaving. Call me an old fart, but I think pubic hair adds something to the allure of the woman. And, having gone down on hairy and shaved, I can't really see any advantages to shaving. I like the taste of the hair. Boy, that sounds weird, even to me...

Hi Tricia- 1) the mainstream studios are pretty much eliminating "flippers"--they say there's a much higher rate of defectives than with one-sided. I'd favor 2-disc sets if necessary (at a reasonable price; note Cast Away and French Connection among others). 2) photo galleries bore me; the only reason to have them is to identify the actresses. 3) keep releasing older stuff. 4) behind the scenes and bloopers are great. 5) commentaries could be great--I'd pay dearly to hear Harry Reems discuss the making of Deep Throat and all the legal problems it brought him later. Simply someone discussing how the other performers drank, smoked, smelled, etc. would get real old real fast. Thanks for asking.

I personally would be very interested in a feature-length commentary on adult films. Cast biographies and filmographies would be great. Previews of other films featuring the same actor/actress would be interesting, especially with a Nina Hartley or other with a long career and could help sell discs. Bloopers and outtakes are always welcome. Most importantly, good video and uncut movies.
