  Hey guys, I apologize for this late response. DSDirector planned on posting but he has been extremely busy this week preparing for next week's shoot with 50 Cent and G unit. We never meant to exclude the DAP from Harder Faster 3, if it was done on purpose it would certainly have not been featured on the box cover, pictures which DSDirector hand picked. Basically there were some problems capturing the footage from that scene. Unforunately the editing took place while myself and DSDirector were both out of the office for a week shooting. The editor never warned us of the problem and finished the video, leaving out the DAP, in order to meet the shipping deadline. We fully admit the oversight and apologize for it.   The two scenes which look different were actually shot overseas where Darkko didn't have access to the newer camera we use for domestic productions. It's unfortunate, but they were scenes we needed to complete the volume. We try to avoid this whenever possible. We really appreciate the good comments about the quality of our products though.   We've recently switched to software based encoding for all products, including our latest DDF productions. You'll notice a huge leap in quality starting with "Three For All" on DVD followed by "Pleasures of the Flesh #4" and "Three For All #2". The new process really preserves the integrity of the original Pal camera masters. Our NTSC based products are also looking a lot better. Check out "Lessons in Lust" if you want get a feel for the quality we're putting into our newer volumes. In my opinion it's one of the most beautiful gonzo/wall to wall style movies we've ever produced.   We've actually had some requests for this ability and we will try to add it to our next My Plaything, possibly Carmen Luvana's. We felt the randomness of the female orgasm added to the interactive nature of the disk, but I agree that more control is better. I wanted to get some feedback on this idea. When I watch the interactive disks I feel like sometimes I want to know what the alternate angle is showing. What if there was a small window down the bottom of the screen that always showed the opposite angle? Like picture in picture. Some might find it distracting but others might love the idea. Unfortunately the way the disk is put together we can't make it an option that could be turned on or off, which is why we need some feedback be...

You should give Jenna a shot in your progressive player, while we didn't encode the product with that in mind, the original footage IS progressive, as if it was shot on film. (24P, 24 frames per second progressive) A 3:2 pulldown was introduced at the time of editing and encoding, the same process film goes through when transferred to video.   I oversaw the HiDef side of production for My Plaything, Jenna Jameson 2. The current version of the product is indeed interlaced 29.97 fps video. It's interesting to see Progressive Scan capability requested and we'll definitely keep that mind for upcoming products shot in 24P. Our post production infrastructure will support it in the near future. This product is our highest quality disc to date. We have to deal with the limitations of DVD, as does mainstream Hollywood, but the better the source material, the better the end result. It's like shooting 35 mm film and transferring to VHS for home delivery, it's far superior to acquiring in VHS and then mastering to VHS.
