We are about to set up an online retail store delivering direct to the UK, posted from within UK (royal mail). We know that one of the first priorites must be to get our delivery service right. We have no intention of gaining the reputation of some of our competitors! But what do you want? What do you think of movies in German/Dutch languages? Must our catalogue be as extensive as the established stores? (we were thinking of starting with about 500-600 titles) Are the American mainstream (Anabolic, Diabolic etc) studios important? Should we have a tiered delivery service, 1st class, special delivery, courier? Anything else you think is important. ...
