  There's a very simple answer - probably 99% of all onscreen female orgasms are faked. OK, that might be a slight exaggeration, but I doubt it's that far out. It's just something women learn to do - men want them to reach orgasm, so they do. It's not that difficult to fake with a bit of practice, and it's an essential part of a pornstar's repertoire.   In all honesty, not a lot these days. Too formulaic, very little that's creative or inventive, all the actors look bored silly, and there's so much makeup plastered on that it looks completely unreal and fake - which of course it is. I do like the stuff that looks natural, where the women haven't reached that hard, jaded stage, and where everyone seems to be enjoying themselves. Don't mind if it's two people, three, four or even a dozen - so long as they all look happy and are having fun. The Europeans are far better at that than Americans (they also make much more believable mainstream movies and have infinitely better actors) and the older stuff's better than the newer, with the possible exception of Eastern Europe.
