^ it’s a matter of debate for some, but the artist who developed the style of shooting you are talking about is Maestro Claudio. He and Mike stopped working together a few years ago and Mike continues shooting in the same fashion. I am sure Mike is also responsible for some of the look and feel, but what you are specifically mentioning is mostly attributable to Claudio.
