  I avoid the massage-themed scenes. It's painful to see this trite device get recycled over and over, especially when the cast is appealing and I might have gone for the scene otherwise. A massage table looks uncomfortably narrow, ditto couches, kitchen tables, countertops, etc. Just put them on a bed, the larger the better, four-poster ideal.

  Prices on ADM vary widely. I've seen ridiculous prices, but also prices that are reasonable or even cheap. If you live in a town/city that still has brick and mortar stores, those might be a good bet. You just have to do the legwork and have time to spare. An adult dvd flea market would be nice, though I don't think such a thing exists.
