  Parachuter -- I can really empathize with your post -- although I think my wife and I put a greater emphasis on a polished style and production values than passion between the performers. Hmmm -- I'd never considered that, but I think you may be on to something.   Personally, I have no problem with it, except that I enjoy watching adult flicks with my wife, and she gets turned off at the first sign of spit. A wet blowjob is one thing, but she doesn't care at all for strings of it hanging all over the place, and if she sees a true loogie flying around I'm not getting any that night -- so this is very important to me. ;) Seems to me that until about 10 years ago you rarely saw a lot of spit in porn, but we've run out of old features to try, and it would be nice to see some newer talent without the spit.   I have the same issues -- my wife has very specific likes and dislikes while watching adult movies. It's funny, she has no problem with money shots all over the face and everywhere else, but at the first sign of spitting, she's grossed out. I have to do some serious screening in advance, or the whole purpose of watching them with the wife can backfire if someone hocks a loogie or something.
