Was mich dabei interessiert ist folgendes: soweit ich wei, ist der Import von pornografischem Material eigentlich verboten bzw. nur fr Hndler erlaubt, also wieder mal eine sehr tolle, wunderbar logische Rechtslage. Zumindest ist es wohl theoretisch verboten, praktisch sieht es wohl so aus, da es quasi geduldet wird bzw. die Wahrscheinlichkeit, da eine Sendung berhaupt geprft wird, verschwindend gering ist. Hat diesbezglich jemand Erfahrung? Macht es dabei einen Unterschied, ob man aus den USA oder Europa importiert? Ist berhaupt ein reelles Risiko gegeben? Und was kann ...
