  I watched this movie in late 90s/early 2000s and I’ve not been able to find it since. I only remember flashes of the movie, so forgive me. There’s a scene where a man blindfolds his lover and stands her on the stairs of this huge house and a group of women in lingerie with long finger nails comes down the stairs and surround the blindfolded woman, licking her nipples, kissing her, etc. (I think the movie was on Cinemax, Showtime or HBO late at night). Another scene is two women arriving at a restaurant, getting out of the car and pulling each others tits out and sucking each others nipples standing beside the car.
