  I give up. Went again today, for a different title and... I was unable to log in via the kickback link. I was able to get to my profile, I was able to get to Five Star via the kickback links.   I started to place an order the other day but cancelled it when I got to the shipping rate information. I have a PO boxes so UPS shipping doesn't work for me. I prefer companies that ship (or at least have the option at a reasonable cost) USPS. I've had too many packages delivered but not received by me.
