  Yep, Ethan is a pretty cool guy. FiveStarDvd customer service is top notch. I order from them quite often and once in a while encountered a minor problem which was fixed immediately.

  Most likely you won't get any response from them. Their Customer Service is really bad. I made like 2 or 3 orders from them and everyone of the orders has problem. I decided that they are not worth doing business with. This was over 5 years ago and I can see that they have not changed. Good luck on your quest.

  As a shopper, I'm only interested in two things: 1. What I see is what I get. 2. If (1) doesn't hold, an easy way to corrects it. So when I placed an order, I need confirmation that it is a kickback order before the order is accepted. Also if the confirmation is stated such as "You then place your order and receive an automated confirmation for the full order amount", I expect to get kickback for FULL order amount. If not, I expect to get it corrected. It's simple as that.

  I used to order from them once (a long, long time ago). They sent me wrong discs and defect discs. When I try to contact them about it, they refuse to do anything about it. Never order from them since. Not worth the hassle.

  In my last order I got some damaged DVD's. They were crushed big time but not from S&H. The shipping box was in mint condition. I don't know why they knowingly send me defective items (3 totals) when DVD's that I order were new.

  I have the same problem. Sent emails to both dvdadvantage and adultdvdtalk. Got a response from Drew to look in on it, but currently the issue is still not resolved.

  Their price is slightly better than everyone else. But their customer service suck! Also, they have a tendency to sent wrong titles (more than one) and does nothing about it when notified.

  Beware of this company. I had ordered a lot of DVD's from them a while back and they send wrong titles and refused to take it back. Also some of their DVD's are defective. Customer service sucks, so I never order from them again.

  Before you jump on this, please be aware that S&H will kill that "good deal." They charges $3.20 + $1.20 per title. For example, if you order 10 items, that will be 3.20+1.20*10=$15.20! I wish they lower there S&H or at least do what other places have done, free S&H for large order.

  Hmmm, I've use kickback for several orders at fivestardvd, just as you've described, but only got credited for one order. I bought this up a couple of months ago and you said that you would check with fivestardvd about it. I don't see any changes to my status. I made a purchase a couple of weeks ago and still it doesn't show up in my kickback profile. Could you check again?

  So all I have to do is have ADT transfer me to the dvdadvantage. Once I am there, I can add the bundle and ADT would know about it? Are you using a special URL from dvdadvantage to notify you of the purchase?

  Two suggestions: 1. Large covers needs to be in one window; not a window for every click. Very annoying trying to close all of the windows. 2. Large covers needs to be a little larger. Good rule of thumb to follow is this: I should be able to read the text of a larger covers.
