  I did an order with them "Euphoria", and it's missing. I believe it's because of custom. :( Since I was using Airmail for that order I can't complaint about that. :(

  Yes, I'd that experience too with Private Gladiator I, it's 2 disc. My Extra disc is defact, but Aline send the whole 2 disc. This is GREAT SERVICE!

  @Joey Starr No, I never contacted them since it use the AirMail, I really on the "weak" side :( @timotei Yes, it's not the LE's fault. I know that. But at least I know that their service is not good for me, or even my country :( @all, I think I have to stop buying "original" DVD from US & Europe & Japan, since I already have channel for the DVD9 copy :) on my country, all prices are flat, $1.5 each, most of the titles are fresh new :) Thank God, Praise the Lord!!!!!

  Dear Marc@LaserEdge, It's really a good news for us (Intl. Customer). I just want to share with you since I have time to write it here. I did an order with you, Order Number: 20020925-49221 It's dated Sept. 25, 2002. And until today I have not received it yet. Lucky me I have a friend which working on the Postal office, and with his help, finally I can track my package which catch by the custom. I know it's my problem since my country have some problem with US so every package comes from US must be opened. That's why my package is catched by the custom. As it is not insurence so I can't ask you to resend my order. Thank you.

  I've been ordered about 7 DVDs, all are Private, and all are in the different time, all are delivered fast and savely. They are just getting better and better, they use Priority Mail!.   @Jon_dvdAdvantage, Thank you for the update, the new layout is nice ;) Btw, could you confirm for how long the "Free Shopping Spree" will valid ? the second is any plan to reduce your Int'l shipping rate ? I know the rate is cheap for 15 DVDs order (only $2 / DVD) and it's 3 Days Express Int'l delivery. But... how if I just want to buy 5 DVDs ? I shipping rate per DVD is too high for small order.
