  hey Jules,, never got any word or email from you about my bad dvd,, the one that i cant see all the extras on ,,or get the chapters to work,,, so was just wondering if you forgot,, or if you are really going to make it right for me,,, I have bought many of your dvds,, all the way back to rosebud,, and was hoping for some king of exchange or restitution,, you make great dvds,, i had a problem with a flesh hunter dvd once and got an exchange when you were with evil,, but now i havent gotten a response to my email and was hoping i would have by now,, so if you still want to make it right,, when should i expect a response to my email,,,, trust me i am not complaining,, but i cant see the extras on my dvd, and i cant get the chapters to work so ...
