  Thankfully, I purchased the dvds during their sale (buy 3 for $48.95 each and get the 4th for free - plus free shipping too) going on right now. Moreover, when I spoke to their rep and found out they weren't making DC versions of the movies I ordered, I was told I could return the discs and substitute them with movies that do not controversial scenes. Nevertheless, it still pissed me off. I even emailed Chris Steele about this issue and am awaiting a response. Perhaps, Joe could approach him for an in depth interview to enlighten all of us about Falcon's point of view?

  I posted this just now on ATKOL's forum but I would like your opinions on this: Just learnt that Falcon is no longer releasing the Director's Cut version of their old movies on DVD. I bought Download, Summer Fever and Spring Break and discovered that none of them has the Director's Cut label printed on the cover or the controversial scenes on the disc. I called the studio for an explanation and they said it was not profitable for them to reproduce two versions of the same movie, and that people prefer the non-director's cut versions of these movies. In addition, they said that if I wanted the full version, I could get the VHS copy of it from them. What's the point of that? Clearly I would prefer the DVD format since its the choice these...

  Hi there, I came across a listing of the Bullet Video Pacs on DVD on ebay. My question to everyone - has anyone purchased them yet and if so, what is the quality of the transfer? Are the decent? Or is this some hatchet job on these classics?? Your input/review will be greatly appreciated.

  Having just purchased the newly released version from Titan, I can safely say that this is THE version to get as the initial Atomic release edited (shortened!) the ending to the second scene (between Austin Masters and Peter Wilder). Hence, if you are looking for a DVD that mirrors the initial video release, this is it. The bonus features are a plus but they can't compare to more recent Titan releases.
