just a little follow up to this post. i ordered 5 titles on the 19th of december, of those i have received 3. the other 2 have subsequently been sent but never recieved. After having received the first 3 titles i ordered another 5 on the 6th of jan(silly me) of those i have received nothing!!!although they have been shipped 20th jan. In the mean time i have ordered a total of 8 titles from five star dvd all were sent the next day and all were received within 8 days you live and learn dont buy from excalibur its a waste of time and money. peace n out

ordered on the 7th jan shipped 20th jan havent received it yet as of the 18th feb cant remember what mail option i chose and im not getting any repliy from my mails to them!!!!
