  I ordered a Red Light DVD from them and they sent me the title from Shiva without ever asking if i would take it also from Shiva. And then they expect me to pay the shipping for sending it back to them. Ok but the worst thing is the fact that they offer the RLD DVD's for 14 Euros but my credit card was charged for 15 Euros ! What's that ? The extra fee for a complaining customer who expected to get what he ordered ?

Fivestar is great - ok they sent me also one time a wrong dvd (Perversions from PXP instead of JYLC Perversions) but they sent me the right one at no extra costs for me without having to sent back anything. So better go with Fivestar in the future.
