    One thing that I did just notice and may be useful (it's a bug regardless) -- When I press the eject button on the player, it opens up my CD-RW drive instead of the dvd player. Interesting....maybe it's because I am running both drives off of the same IDE controller. My DVD player is the master drive and my CD-RW is the slave. That is interesting and helpful...thanks for the info, may even explain the troubles you had playing the disc. We'll check it out. Everyone who has responded so far has been very helpful, all of the first round participants have been shipped, those of you who are waiting should have a package in the mail any day now. We will be shipping the latecomers (second round) on Monday.

    Unfortunetly though, the player didn't work ;( The video would just freeze after a second or two. My other software players worked just fine (windows media, powerdvd...haven't tried my standalone dvd player yet...I anticipate no problems) Have you tried one of your other DVDs with the player? I would be interested to know if you have better luck. Thanks, Stephen VCADVD
