  Sorry I didn't read through the whole thread to see if anyone else already this idea, but I personally have such a strong preference for women in a position of authority.   Making it illegal seems a little extreme; it should be agreed upon up front like the other individual portions of the agreement (i.e. B/G, vag only, no facial, etc.)
