  Mineral oil. I buy the " healthy accents" brand at the store. You can take a spoon full as a laxative. Orderless and tasteless. A bit thicker than veggie oil. We like the extra friction. And we use Dawn dishwashing liquid to clean it off. (They use Dawn to clean oil spill birds, so it's safe.) An inflatable kiddie pool helps keep things contained.
