  my only gripe against them is they take too long to process an order. i placed an order a while ago and because they took too long to process it, i finally had to cancel. the problem international shoppers face is that action-dvd requires us to sign a stupid authorisation letter for charging the credit card. they can use the 4 (or 3) digit verification number that comes with every card like other shops do but noooooooo, they want us to sign and fax/scan & email it back to them. after i cancelled my recent order, i went to dvd advantage and got my shipment within a week from placing the order. that's after wasting 2 weeks going nowhere with action.

  2 weeks and still no news, so I asked ACTION what they are up to, and they sent me the exact same reply as the first one from 2 weeks back. so, i cancelled the order and decided to take my business elsewhere. took your advice, timotei....

  Hi, This is my 2nd time actually, just that I'm using a different card. In any case, I checked with the card issuer, and found that ACTION have blocked off the payable amount on the order on my card, meaning they are processing it and waiting for the full order to fill up before shipping. While that settles my concern, I wish they could be more customer-friendly and be more responsive. Life blood to any business is repeat orders from satisfied customers. Case closed..... for now.

  I recently placed an order with these guys as I found their classics selection to be very extensive. I received an email from them 2 days later telling me that they couldnt process my order with the credit card issuer. They requested for me to fax to them a copy of my credit card and an authorisation letter. I wasnt comfortable with that arrangement so I went to sort it out with the issuer instead. I then asked the action-dvd guys to re-process my order, but received no confirmation. I checked with my issuer and got a negative confirmation on the order 2 days later and sent another friendly reminder to action-dvd; again, no reply. i checked the order status on their website and it's still pending. all i'm asking is for them to either can...

  hey fellow Annette fans, i agree with Black Coffee in that i think V the Hot One and Desires Within Young Girls r simply fabulous titles... lots of Annette scenes... i only wish Caballero had included the time tracking feature, really frustrating when u wanna search for a particular scene on PowerDVD... geez.. 8 to 4? not bad but if it's Annie u want, u r gonna be disappointed coz it's a blurry day dream sequence.... plus the video is kind of grainy and dated... Centerspread Girls... it's in the mail... think the nice thing about having both V and Desires is the fact that we get to enjoy Annie in all her glory; her acting is excellent as well, and we get to see her in a young girl role, all naive and slightly fleshy (with very ample br...
