  Its so tragic when anyone dies of course but for someone so young, even more so. Everything was still ahead of her, my thoughts are with her family and friends. My only link to her was that she did appear on my site for a while as part of an affiliate program. She even emailed me to say she liked the page, she had come across it somehow.   Ok , how about a UK citizen who's site is hosted in the US? And does the law only apply to paysites and/or adult images? As my site has both glamour models and porn stars.   Hi I read somewhere that the 2257 law is being challenged in the US law courts. Not just the changes the whole thing, and that it is likely to be overturned as unlawful. I am still unsure as to what it means for my site. I do have alot of models on it, some are glamour only some are adult models. American models and UK models. Its a free site not a paysite. I am baffled. The Data Protection Act stops me from passing on or even keeping most of the models info. The DPA only allows people to hold details relevant to the purpose in question. For my site that would mean all i could legally hold was a models birthday. I wouldn't be able to justify having a models address on file for instance.   I see the adult industry is just as unfriendly in USA as in britain. Wishing someone was dead, nice!!! I cannot see how it is Traci who gets all the flack, the film makers , her agents etc seem to just be able to carry on while she gets all the blame. None of you made mistakes when you were young?   The host of the site should be told about it aswell as the site owners. The hosts will not want a lawsuit on their hands and will close the site down. This happens all the time in the UK , glamour models photos being used by escort agencies etc. It sucks Neil

  Hi , thanks for all your help. Yes Jacco , the reason his thread was removed was for the exact reason I think I should email his hosting service. It was the mods of bgafd who advised me that this was the best course. Any model who has been modelling for any time know him and to stay clear. What worries me is the new models who think he is a reputable model agency. I did when i first came across his site, but he is actually not and has never been connected to the industry or been anything other than an amateur photographer. I appreciate all your help Neil

Just so they could say they did it, they knew they could trust him so he is who they chose to do their one film with.   Hi I take on board what you said about the British girls not taking control of a scene given the chance. I think that is mainly because of the poor state of the British adult industry, lack of quality directors, total lack of money, lack of enough talented male stars.
