  • Halloween XXX "Porn Parody" Smash's Feature Film 8/25/2011 1:50:36 PM
Just wanna put my 2 cents in here: I've been a Carpenter fan pretty much since I first saw Halloween. I've now seen all his movies so many times that most of my DVDs are worn out requiring I replace them with new ones and/or Blu Rays. I've bought the region 2 DVDs just to get the Commentaries from Peter Jason and Roddy Piper. I had my wife watch The Thing on our first date so that I could know if our relationship was going to work out. So I'm a bit of a Carpenter mark, and when I saw porn was parodying what I consider to be holy and sacred movies I was a bit nervous. I have just finished watching Smash's Halloween parody and I am prepared to say it's the 3rd or 4th best Halloween movie. It is more watchable than any of the Rob Zombie crap a...

So how do you feel when someone makes a knock-off Gucci bag with the Gucci logo and sells and markets it as a Gucci bag even though it isn't. In your world Gucci has nothing to complain about. Also, the content isn't being purchased. No one here is decrying people making personal copies as backups and if that were all that was happening we wouldn't be having this discussion right now. You're trying to find the one legitimate usage out of millions and use that as the basis for saying it's alright. When you distribute con...

Main thing you all need to realize is that most people in the adult industry aren't really interested in stopping piracy. If they were they wouldn't be pushing half-assed "solutions" that are nothing but money grabs for lawyers and certain trade organizations. They wouldn't be pushing the "sue the downloader" programs that the RIAA gave up on years ago. They wouldn't be pushing a tube-only program that costs studios hundreds and hundreds of dollars and removes 10 clips. They wouldn't just be listening to so-called "experts" who are only experts because they put out a press release touting themselves as an expert. They wouldn't all be in bed with those companies financing piracy. They wouldn't be doing a lot of ...

a lot of studios have sponsored vids up on the tube sites nowadays, it's becoming more common. where i think a lot of the studios are dropping the ball is only focusing on tube sites and overlooking cyberlockers and torrent sites. Or only relying on the "sue the downloader" torrent programs that overlook cyberlockers and aren't all that effective in the first place. anyone that sells content to videosz.com should also realize that videosz is going to upload that content to all the big tube sites with a "dvdrig.com" watermark...so you aren't just selling them a license to put the scene on videosz.com but it'll show up on those same tube sites the studios are complaining about except videosz will have been given the licens...

It's another bs justification that the freeloaders have convinced themselves of. Just look at their various justifications for downloading, it changes from item to item. There's no consistency in their arguments.

But tell us how you really feel Mike. I agree with you in every respect Mike, but there's something you should look into. Look at who one of the major financial supporters of piracy sites is (videosz.com), and then look who's behind that site, and then look at who's behind a site that is near and dear to your heart...and pocketbook.

So, why would it be bad to download them? Videos that haven't been put on DVDs and defunct sites. There is a need for downloading sites, people just need to calm down. Also, sites that take down videos and pictures after a period of time, or for no reason. I've been trying to find some Busty-Amateurs videos and pictures and still no luck. Actually, who knows where porn stars go...the Where Are They Now file is too massive.
  • I'm getting quite annoyed by all the false info 7/29/2010 11:45:35 AM
My favorite going years back was the Bring Um Young with Aurora Snow on the cover. As many of you probably remember, the BUY boxes had pics of the girls with their age down to the year and month. But under Aurora Snow's pic it said "18 years, 13 months". The measures we'll go to to sell these girls as not over the age of 18 is amusing.
  • How to Stop the Tube Sites 7/27/2010 3:49:42 PM
One thing that has gone unnoticed is how much content is being put on these tubes legitimately, though not the way you'd think. If any of you frequent tubes often you'll see a plethora of videos watermarked with the web address www. dvdrig. com. These are full scenes as well, not trailers or promo clips. These scenes are being placed there by Videosz, a well known all-you-can-eat VOD site. So when a studio sells their content to videosz (and the only studios on videosz are mostly low-end stuff), Videosz is taking that content and uploading it to all the other tube sites. It's perfectly legal, whether or not the studio realizes it, I'm not sure how many studios actually read the contract or realized what Videosz' intent was. So it's keeping ...

Noted Screwcap. Personally, I'd like to see it done in an homage to Big Trouble In Little China but only if Carpenter were to direct.

So Jesse Jane is really simultaneously a babysitter, nurse, teacher and flight attendant? Wow! And here I thought she was just portraying characters in movies like she was an actress or something.

What better place to put up trailers, clips, interviews, and such to draw people to your own website and advertise your movies, new and old? A company like Vivid could upload hundreds of trailers and when someone does a search of a porn starlet trailers of all the Vivid movies she's done would come up. It's free advertising. The great thing is, it's a good place to advertise old movies that a lot of young guys might not know about. You're not going to pay to advertise an old movie, but you've still got the trailers for them. Put them up on the tube sites for free with a link to your websit...

It never ceases to amaze me that people get offended by the words on a box but not the pictures of triple anal. "I don't mind 100 random guys doing a bukkake on this girl but did you have to go and call her a whore??? I'm soooooooo offended!" Porn should NEVER...EVER be worried about being PC or sensitive, its porn and 99% of the population will ACT offended no matter if it's Negro In My Daughter or The Masseuse. They'll act appalled and then run home to whack off to whatever title they pretended to be offended by.

It's a bad bad site no doubt, but it's not a torrent site. Also, from my experience the Brazzers' owned tube sites do take down content when sent a proper notice. Now whether or not they were actually the ones that uploaded it in the first place is up for debate, but when notified they do take down content. What's not really up for debate is whether or not Brazzers owns those tube sites. Don't t...
