They charged my card the full cost of the order. I did not receive the "take10" discount and two (2) of the dvd's I ordered. daniel@mall.com responded to my e-mails for the first week or so after I received the (partial) order on 23 February. After that, nothing. He does open my e-mails since I get back the receipts. I called their telephone number today. The number has been disconnected.
