  Hi, everyone, I just want to let all of you know that I've got the RMA number from Jon (DVD Advantage). He is a very nice guy and the problem was between their e-mail server and my e-mail server. It seems somehow my e-mail server rejected e-mails from their normal e-mail server. Jon had to contact me by his another e-mail account. Now, I've sent that defective DVD back to them, and look forward to getting a new one soon. DVD Advantage still remains in the top 3 on-line stores in my mind! I will place my new order to them soon! The reason why I didn't call your free customer service phone number is because on your web site you said customers should contact you by e-mails to return defective DVDs. I thought you should be very busy because your on-line store is so successful, so I didn't want to bother you by phone calls and I kept waiting for the reply e-mail from you. (Sounds stupid, right?   Hi everyone, I just want to share my bad experience with DVD Advantage which just happened several weeks ago. I ordered DVDs from them several times, only this time I need customer service from them because I found one of the DVDs I got is defective. Then it shocks me that I found they don't have any customer service for this at all. After I received all the DVDs this time, I tried to play each of them first. Then I found one of the Diabolic DVDs could not been played. I checked DVD Advantage's web site immediately, studied their return policy, and sent an e-mail to them according to their instructions on this.   Help! Help! Help! I didn't noticed that Divadee.com is closing and ordered 4 DVDs including a pre-order a couple of days ago. I got 3 DVDs from them before they closed. But they charged me more than what they advertised on their web site for one of the 3 DVDs. What can I do now? Call my credit card bank? Please tell me if you know how to deal with this.   Hello, I just saw the following note on the web page of "My Plaything: Jewel De Nyle" at Divadee.com: "NOTE: This Title Is Being Re-Mastered By The Studio And Has An Est. Arrival Date Of 2/15/00" Why does it need to be "re-mastered"? Does the original one have any problem? Does it mean the video/audio quality of it will get better, or something like that?   I used to buy adult DVDs from Divadee.com or DVDExpress.com. After seen the advertisement of Five Star DVD on this web site, I decided to give it a try. However, after they charged my credit card for $50 and I waited for two weeks, I still get nothing. I sent several e-mails to them, and I still get no reply.
