JANS, Pornacess, adultbouncer, and all the other AVSes offer licensed content to their webmasters. Webmasters are given a limited number of "credits" to order content from a central system. Popular movies are often ordered by many webmasters so you will find the content repeated. None of the AVSes "stream" movies, although the individual sites have the option of streaming their own content (not that of the AVS), although this is rare since these networks are comprised of "mom-and-pop" sites unable to afford purchasing licenses. Although the idea of accessing hundreds of sites for a small price may sound attractive, the reality is these sites all use the same content due to the centralized licensed content, an...

You guys have really opened my eyes and I'm glad I found this forum. Mutt, I've pm'ed you. I'm beginning to understand a lot of things. This is my adultbouncer site http://www.apornarchive.com Jules, I'm certain I have never posted any of your videos. I also admit there may be unlicensed videos on my site, but I'm not sure and I'm removing many as we speak. What you guys said about adultbouncer giving excuses makes a lot of sense now because every so often I have to voluntarily go through the "official" list of adultbouncer titles and find many missing where previously there. No one informed me and I have to take down the content ASAP. I always wondered why and with all your help, I now know. Recall the incident with JM production...

Mutt, I admire your passion and respect your opinions. Perhaps we got off on the wrong footing. Before I continue, I will swear to you that I'm not an AVS shill spin doctoring the forums for the "AVS cause". You will find I agree with much of what you said. *Mutt* wrote: this is the same bullshit that has been spread by DeluxePass and AdultBouncer and their clones like Jans Webring for years. Ask Redlight District whether they shared in any AVS profits, millions and millions of dollars, I know EXACTLY what RLD made and it wasn't a tenth of what they should have got. Ask Mike Rubenstein if during the time he licensed Devils Films DVDs through AdultLegal if he received this % of AVS profits. Ask Zero Tolerance. Ask Jill Kelly Produ...

Hi! I wanted to throw in my two cents being an actual operator of a JANS! and Adultbouncer site. To clear things up first of all, the AVSes do not pay adultlegal a one time fee to distribute their content across hundreds of sites. The agreements are done through another party in coalition with the studios who receive a monthly percentage of the AVS profits. Rather than a one time fee, the studios get a recurring fee. Frankly, I am sick and tired of all the AVS bashing going on. From a customer standpoint, AVSes are great bargains and it helps introduce customers to content they otherwise would never watch due to the high price. BUT, I won't say AVSes are perfect. Far from it. I think the model has huge flaws but so does the current busi...
