  Heres a simple one that is great for summer cook outs: Pork Ribs Lado Oregano (Greek) Cook the ribs slow on the grill with only salt and pepper. Be generous. When they are near done..slice the ribs open just a bit..not all the way through...then sprinkle them with oregano and squeeze a lot of lemon juice all over. When done, take them off grill and cut apart..squeeze more lemon and a bit of salt and pepper to taste...serve em up with lots of napkins. Easy and really really good.

  My dad worked hard often long hours and my mom did most of the raising. As a parent of two youngsters, I cannot believe how much free reign I was given.
