  I got a reply to my email last night and I'm sending the DVD back tomorrow. Hopefully I'll manage to get a replacement without any more problems.

  Thanks for the info. I still haven't received a reply to my emails. I just sent a couple more messages to 2 different email addresses (sales and returns) so I'll wait a bit longer to see if they reply. It's not looking good though.

  I was originally going to post pretty much the same thing. I ordered 2 DVDs and they arrived in about 5 days, which is great. Unfortunately one of the DVDs is defective, which won't be a problem if they are willing to sort it out, but so far I've had no response to my emails. It's only been 3 days so maybe they'll reply, but I'm getting a bad feeling about it. Most companies tend to respond quite quickly. Edited by - morris on 8/21/2010 4:29:42 PM

  Just a quick note about the Arrow DVD of Anthony Spinelli's Night Caller that was released earlier this year. It's the worst DVD I've ever seen. Unless I got a bad copy (which seems unlikely) the audio only comes out of one channel. The video is taken from a terrible quality VHS which is worse quality than the most awful transfers from Alpha Blue Archives. I have an old VHS of this film which is actually much better quality. It's a shame because the film is amazing and in my opinion one of Spinelli's best.

  I just recently watched Seduction Of Lyn Carter on the ABA triple feature. The quality is not too bad and quite watchable, although the image does start jumping around a bit towards the end. I'm not sure if that was a result of the film jumping around in the telecine or some sort of strange video jitter. Probably the latter. It's not too bad though. I'm just wondering if this version is completely uncut. The running time is exactly 1:15:25 . iafd lists the running time as 84 minutes whereas imdb states 76 minutes (but they're always wrong anyway). I've never seen a version longer than around 75 minutes but should it really be 84 minutes? It does seem a little choppy during the group scene but some of Spinelli's editing is quite experimental...
