  Thank goodness I never heard my parents! :) I did find some sex toys in my father's bedside drawer--but at the time I was excited by it because they were sex toys. It wasn't until years later that I even considered that they might get used, and who would have used them. Now it just makes me shudder. And not in a good way.

  I wrote this piece originally as an online personals ad. I have fun trying to come up with new and creative ways of writing ads... this one seems to work better as a story, though. I hope you enjoyed it!

  I can't be the only one it's happened to. You wake up at 2:30 in the morning, just to get a glass of water. You make your way through the darkness to the kitchen, and fill up a glass at the sink. It's refreshing, and it moistens your mouth. You put the glass back on the counter, promising that you'll wash it in the morning, and you tiptoe your way back to your bed. You take teeny-tiny steps because you don't want to turn on the light, but you don't want to trip over your bed by assuming it was further away than it actually was. With your had extended forward, you find your bed, and you allow yourself to fall gracefully forward, bouncing off of the mattress just a little bit. It's fun.
