  Hello! Newbie question: what does the banner "Countdown to XXX-Imports Closing Day" mean?   Flash, thank you for the information; I woke up this morning, checked my email, and there was a letter from Gary, the ADM admin., informing me that he had (a) seen my post on ADT, (b) CheapJAG had been previously booted because of problems with that seller, and (c) refunded my account for the amount of the order. In the future, Gary urged me to get in touch with him with any future problems. I sent Gary a thank you note; this is one of the best examples of customer service I have ever experienced. Thanks to Gary and Flash; this problem was resolved extremely satisfactorily in my mind, and I feel much more confident about doing business with ADM in the future.

  Hello! First post (please, be gentle :-) ): I have placed a few orders with ADM throughout the year, and so far haven't had any major problems with them (other than slow deliveries, but I can live with that). However, now I'm having a problem with one of their sellers, CheapJAG: I placed an order with him on 9/17, and I still haven't received anything from him. I sent an e-mail to him yesterday (and bcc'd orders@adultdvdmarketplace.com), but I haven't heard a response. At the time I placed the order, the seller had no negative responses; since then, he's had 20 pieces of feedback, about 10 negative (at least one of the responses appears to be a retraction of a previous negative piece of feedback).
