  I just bought a DVD player and my first order was with Five Star DVD. I chose to buy two out-of-stock items, and they were both promptly backordered and mailed to me in europe. Good communication on the status of the order at all stages, and the envelope was marked to contain items valued less than the order total so the package wouldn't be caught in the customs.
