- Missing order from DVD Empire 6/16/2001 4:29 PM In April 2001 I ordered 4 DVD's which were shipped to the Netherlands on April the 16. Until this date I haven't received anything. DVD Empire told me that only after a period of 12 weeks the shipment can be regarded as "missing." I want to know if this has happened to more members of the forum and what the standard procedure from DVD Empire is in these matters.
