They have good prices, and not paying PST is a significant savings (if you're not in B.C.). The downside is the relatively high flat rate shipping which makes small purchases unappealing. Also if you want a backordered item those long time estimates are IME fairly accurate. What I do is order things that I really want ahead of time, then spend a few weeks figuring out what I want to add to the order. If you're worried that your items might unexpectedly come into stock you could add a pre-ordered item to hold the shipment up.
