  I used them and cancelled because I wasn't using the service much. Then they lost one of my DVDs and charged me for it. Has anyone else had problems with them? They were great until that and now I want to rent online again, but I'm shying away from it because of that experience.

  I never rented anything by mail before, so please excuse my ignorance. Does the parcel come packaged discreetly, or is there a big dick on it or something? Also, would I start getting adult catalogues or other direct mail? One of my neighbors used to get some catalogue that wasn't wrapped in anything and her name was right on it. Not the kind of thing I want.
