  You raise some good technical points, Hardware, and I understand how difficult it would be to flag it from Drew and Steph's perspective. Maybe, then, this is something the reviewers can help out in. Obviously we're watching these videos, we're noticing the content, maybe there can be an extra text box for any additional categories that should be included. I would also suggest adding an area in the forum as sort of an "appeal" if someone feels the wrong category was listed. If someone feels that a video was given the wrong category, they plead their case there. As for your other question, it's hard to say whether bisexual scenes were eliminated because of the marketplace or because the directors and talent decided on their own no...

  I have an interesting question for the group, including the mods... Should "extreme" content be flagged in ADT as a separate content description? By "extreme" I mean violent content such as slapping, spitting, choking, gagging, fish-hooking, stepping, breast-slapping, and eating of (non-edible) panties. The occasional ass-slap in a scene wouldn't qualify as "extreme", but excessive ass-slapping to where you clearly see red marks would. The reason why I ask is that there have been several videos that have delved into this area and it probably would be helpful for the consumers (yes we are all pretty much consumers here) if this kind of content were to be flagged.   I have to agree with Astroknight on the original subject. Forced ads are a big pet peeve for me, no matter if it's mainstream or adult. This has been an old peeve going back long before I delved into writing reviews. 2257 notices, on the other hand, are a necessary evil and one that I'll accept and deal with if it means helping to keep the big-bad crusaders away. * MD James

  Maybe it has to do with women being kept busy doing photoshoots and promotions and feature dancing that they don't have time for sun? Another possible answer is that I've heard from at least one model say that photographers actually frown on tan lines. Don't know if that's true but it certainly would explain the lack thereof in some publications. We have so many folks from the industry in this forum, so I'd be interested in knowing if this is true or not. * MD James

  I've been reviewing a few MILF videos of late and my big problem with them is the fact that many of these titles really don't point out the &quot;mother&quot; aspect.   As a consumer I actually base a lot of my purchases on the kind of reviews I see for a video. And that includes the mainstream videos. Without the reviewers trashing the first release of &quot;Sin City&quot;, I would have have made the mistake of buying that feature-only video and feeling ripped-off.   Actually I would love seeing women wear more of the regular kind of underwear in the adult vids and not the stuff from the flashy lingerie boutiques. But then again, how else can companies like Adam and Eve market their lingerie if their performers don't show them off?   This is something of a pet peeve for me, not just for the adult industry, but also especially for mainstream studios. Have you noticed that production companies are SHOVING trailers in our faces once the DVD loads into the player? Oh, yes, I know, the correct terminology is &quot;pushing&quot; the trailers, but however you want to call it, it's still very annoying. It's bad enough that the mainstream studios are doing this, but now I'm seeing this with the adult studios as well! You pop a DVD in, and instead of going right to the main menu, you get anywhere between five to fifteen minutes of trailers. Why can't the studios have enough trust in us as DVD viewers to watch the trailers at our leisure? We will get to them sooner or later, and...
