  Good Evening dnaren, its very sad but we have had some problems with the USPS system. From what they tell me the system is very backed up and they have had problems with packages going to the wrong address etc, etc. I don't know why your problems haven't been resolved but if you would please give me a call on Friday at TOLL FREE 877-707-5662 I'll make sure your problem is taken care of.   Drew, when I know I can't get anymore of a title I do delete it from the site. What were talking about here is when we run out of a title and place a re-order from the studio only to be told that they are out of stock and are waiting for fresh merchandise, which they won't have for at least another etc, etc,. If the studios would tell us there wouldn't be this problem. MICHAEL

It is exactly this commitment that is the foundation for 2 of our policies. The first is that we DO NOT back-order merchandise. The second (which is related to the back-order issue) is that we do not pre-sell any NEW RELEASES Why simple: our ability to send you the DVDs you want is entirely dependant on the availability of the DVDs from the manufacturing studios. On NEW RELEASES, studios are notorious for announcing the release date, and then pushing it back weeks, if not months. This is very aggravating to a customer, and a nightmare to any company that actu...
