- Erodvd.nl - HELP! 5/29/2002 10:18 AM Ive always had a positive view of Erodvd.nl considering Ive ordered over $300 worth of DVDs from them this year and they have always arrived within a week. However, my last order of over $110 has not come in over 2 months! What makes it worse is that I corresponded in multiple emails and received no replies. On my third email I got a simple message of looking in to it. 10 Days later and still have not received word. This is very, very, inadequate customer service and bad business.
